Auto-Schedule a Tournament Event

Auto-scheduling is finally here!! We have been in the process of building and testing the ability to schedule pool play or bracket play on tournaments. So, follow below to auto-schedule one of your tournament events.

Prerequisites to auto-scheduling: You need a Tournament and Event. Follow this tutorial on how to create a tournament and event.

Create League Registrations

League Registration is Now Available to all league sites. You must now create a league registration in order to add teams to your league. However, teams can still pay offline or online. View the short video below or follow the steps below:

Schedule Games on a Tournament Event

Have you created your tournament and all of your events and now you want to schedule games and add scores and stats to those games? Look no further because you are in the right place! Here is how you can schedule games on your events.

Step 1: Go to your Tournament Dashboard
Click on My Tournaments and then click on the tournament that you want to schedule games on. This will take you to your Tournament Dashboard and you should see a list of your events like the image below.

Tournament Payments

We have now added the ability for tournament directors and event directors to collect online payments for their tournaments. Turning on payments for Tournaments is now super simple. Follow these quick directions:

Step 1: Create your Event under your Tournament
Go to your tournament under the My Tournaments tab and click the large "Add Event" Button at the top of the Tournament Dashboard page.

This will allow you to add the details for your Event.

NEW! Email your players/parents.

Coaches, you have been waiting for this, and now we have it. You can now email your players and parents right from your Team Dashboard. Just click on the new "Email Roster" button and you will be able to send an email to all the players and parents on your team*. Once you have sent your email than you will be given a success message letting you know the email was sent. *Make sure that you have an email address associated with either the player or the player's guardian in order for them to receive an email. Adding Scores & Stats

Once you have played a game then it is easy to add stats and scores to that game. Here are the quick instructions:

Step 1: Go to your Team Dashboard and click on Team Manager then Schedule in the menu bar.

Editing Player Information

We have a new way to access your player's details and guardian information. Now, when you go to your team dashboard you will see your Roster at the bottom of the page. You can easily click the Add a Player button to add a player to your roster. That will take you through the necessary steps to add a player to your team website.

Finding Directions to a Field

Are you looking for directions to your next game? Look no further. You can easily find directions to your next game by going to your team's website. Once you are on your team website then click on either Schedule or Fields.


AWWW YEAH! We have some new and sexy improvements to how tournaments are created and linked in our system. Now, anyone can create a tournament and add registration to that tournament as well as add a payment option so teams can pay you online.

Creating Tryouts

You can now create a tryout that will not only show up on your Team site, but it will now also be pushed to your league site as well if you are linked to a league. Here are the steps to create a tryout on your Team site and the League site.

Step 1)
Login and click on My Teams on the left hand navigation menu. Then click on the name of the team that you want to add a tryout to. When you click on the name of the team it will take you to your Team Dashboard where you can manage all of the content on your Team site.

We know you have all been waiting for organization sites, and now they are finally here! Organization sites will be located under My Organizations on the left hand navigation bar when you login to your dashboard. With organization sites you can:

  • Upload Sponsors that will carry across all of your team sites.
  • Upgrade to a Custom Designed website that will carry across all of your team sites.
  • Manage all of your teams in one spot.
  • Add Registration to your organization so you can collect payments from players.

How to Schedule a Game

Follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Go to your Team Dashboard by clicking on My Teams and then click the name of your team in the list of teams.

Ben's Team is the name of the team that I want to add a game for.

Step 2: Now that you are on your Team Dashboard, click on Team Manager and then Schedule.

Schedule is located under the "Team Manager" item on the navigation menu.

Step 3: Click on Schedule a Game to add a game to your schedule or click on Add Tournament to Team Schedule to add a tournament to your team's schedule.

Step 4: Adding in your game is now a two-step process. Fill in the details of what type of game you are playing, the date and time, and the location.

Once you are done setting the date, time and location, then click Continue to pick your opponent.

Click on the opponent and click save or invite a new team to schedule a game against.

If you do not see any opponents in your list it is either because you are not set up in a League or you are not in a division with any other teams. Your League Administrator will have to place you in a division in order for your opponents to auto-populate this list. Otherwise, you can still schedule a game by clicking on the "Invite a New Team" button. This will allow you to add in the Team's name, coach's name and email address to invite them to the LeagueTime system. It will automatically add the game to your schedule and to the schedule of the team you invited.

Reset your password

With the new year comes a ton of new functionality to your LeagueTime website. We have greatly improved our security with that we are having everyone reset their password who previously had an account from years past. In order to reset your password just go to this page: RESET PASSWORD.

That page will allow you to enter in your email address that you have associated with LeagueTime and it will send you an email with directions on resetting your password. Once you have reset your password then you will be able to login with your current email address and your new password.
