<br /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
In order to post pictures to your team site you will first need to crop your photo to the correct size. The perfect size is 620 pixels by 350 pixels. In order to crop a picture to that size you will want to use a photo editing website or application. Here are some steps to use a free online photo editor to do this. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
<ul>
<li>First, go here: <a data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?hl=en&q=https://pixlr.com/editor/&source=gmail&ust=1513389048953000&usg=AFQjCNH7feIQQoyFW0C900mHtX13cQ3_EQ" href="https://pixlr.com/editor/" style="color: #1155cc; font-size: 12.8px;" target="_blank">https://pixlr.com/<wbr></wbr>editor/</a></li>
<li>Second, open an image from your computer by clicking on File then Open</li>
<li>Third, click the 'Image' tab at the top of the page and select 'Canvas Size'</li>
<li>Fourth, choose the middle square and make the height and width bigger then your image size (maybe by 100 pixels)</li>
<li>Fifth, click the 'File' tabe at the top and select 'Save'</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Then you can choose the new image from our photo rotator and just crop it to the perfect size.</div>

<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />

<br />
First, find the public page of the tournament, team, league or organization that you want to follow.<br />
<br />

<br />
Lastly, now that you are following your favorite site you can easily get back to your Dashboard by clicking on your name in the top right corner of any LeagueTime site and clicking the My Dashboard button. Then what you need is a custom domain. <b><i>YOUR-BASEBALL-ORGANIZATION.com</i></b> is not hard to purchase and point to your LeagueTime organization website and best of all it doesn't cost much at all. Typical domain names can range in price from $3-15 per year. There are many domain registrars that you can purchase a domain at. Here are a few:<br />
<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br /><br />
<ul>
<li><a href="http://godaddy.com/">Godaddy.com</a> </li>
<li><a href="http://www.hostgator.com/" target="_blank">Host Gator</a></li>
<li><a href="http://namecheap.com/">Namecheap.com</a></li>
</ul>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
We will be showing you how to "forward" (point your domain) to your organization site with Godaddy's domain forwarding. All of the domain registrars should have some similar way of forwarding your domain, but we are showing Godaddy since it is one of the bigger domain registrars. Here are the quick and easy steps to get your domain up and running.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b>Step 1)</b> First things first, sign up for a free account with Godaddy (or other domain registrar). Click on the Register button in the top right corner of their website. This will take you through the process of registering with their website so you can manage your domain once you purchase it.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m49LU8NvDlc/VF14hsrQyJI/AAAAAAAAQi0/S2fiuV-o1Qw/s1600/godaddy_1.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m49LU8NvDlc/VF14hsrQyJI/AAAAAAAAQi0/S2fiuV-o1Qw/s1600/godaddy_1.png" height="74" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on the "Register" button to begin the registration process.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b>Step 2)</b> Search for a Domain that you want to buy and add it to your cart. Click on the "Domain" tab at the top and then click the "Find a Domain" link to search for a domain. Once you have purchased your domain then you will be able to Manage your domain information. Click on the "Domains" tab at the top again and then click on Manage My Domains.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b>Step 3)</b> You will now be brought to a page where you can manage your domains. Click on the Domains row then click the "Launch" button on the far right next to the domain you want to add forwarding to.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VJbpKz4eXxY/VF16EQBQARI/AAAAAAAAQjA/yvWxRAZp0NY/s1600/godaddy_2.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VJbpKz4eXxY/VF16EQBQARI/AAAAAAAAQjA/yvWxRAZp0NY/s1600/godaddy_2.png" height="164" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on "Launch" next to the domain you want to add forwarding to.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b>Step 4)</b> Next, click on the "Manage" link under the Domain area in the Forwarding section. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lVwI6nRKR5g/VF17GGLarUI/AAAAAAAAQjM/HaDAM7F0g-k/s1600/godaddy_3.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lVwI6nRKR5g/VF17GGLarUI/AAAAAAAAQjM/HaDAM7F0g-k/s1600/godaddy_3.png" height="442" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on "Manage" under Forwarding.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b>Step 5a)</b> Before you can add the forwarding <b><i>you must copy your URL</i></b> to your LeagueTime public website. To find that go to LeagueTime.com and login to your dashboard. Go to My Organizations and select your organization. Then highlight and copy the URL in the "Full URL" box. This is the URL to your public organization website.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-adJjf1J4M8Q/VF1-28Bdk-I/AAAAAAAAQjg/RHwfPm32qDQ/s1600/godaddy_5.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-adJjf1J4M8Q/VF1-28Bdk-I/AAAAAAAAQjg/RHwfPm32qDQ/s1600/godaddy_5.png" height="98" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Copy the URL from your Organization Dashboard.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b>Step 5b)</b> Now, go back to Godaddy and click on the "Add Forwarding" button to set up the website you would like to forward your domain to. The next screen will allow you to add a URL to the website you want to forward your domain to. Click in the box and add your URL to your public LeagueTime organization website that you copied in Step 5a.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-69j5dsNiY-I/VF19oPoDHGI/AAAAAAAAQjY/R4wHRl0uxfA/s1600/godaddy_4.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-69j5dsNiY-I/VF19oPoDHGI/AAAAAAAAQjY/R4wHRl0uxfA/s1600/godaddy_4.png" height="412" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Add your URL in the Forward To box.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b>Step 6)</b> Click the "Add" button and that should be it. It usually takes a few hours for your domain to propagate through the web. From now on you should be able to tell people to go to YOUR-BASEBALL-ORGANIZATION.com website and they will see your new site.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
For extra awesomeness you can have us create your organization a custom designed theme for your organization website. Check out more information on that here: <a href="http://blog.leaguetime.com/2014/01/custom-designs.html" target="_blank">Custom Designs</a>. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
That's it! Enjoy your new site and domain address. Good luck!</div>

We have been in the process of building and testing the ability to schedule pool play or bracket play on tournaments. So, follow below to auto-schedule one of your tournament events.<br />
<br />
<b>Prerequisites to auto-scheduling:</b> You need a Tournament and Event. Follow <a href="http://blog.leaguetime.com/2014/03/tournaments.html" target="_blank">this tutorial on how to create a tournament and event</a>.<br />
<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<br />
<b>Step1:</b> Go to your tournament by clicking on My Tournaments in the left hand menu and then clicking on the event name or the tournament name of your previously created tournament. See our instructions on <a href="http://blog.leaguetime.com/2014/03/tournaments.html" target="_blank">how to create a tournament</a> if you do not have one yet.<br />
<br />
<b>Step 2: </b>Once on your Tournament Dashboard click the Event that you want to schedule. You can <a href="http://blog.leaguetime.com/2014/07/schedule-games-on-tournament-event.html" target="_blank">follow this tutorial on how to schedule one game at a time</a> if that is all you need to do. If you want to auto-schedule then click on "Schedule" in the menu bar. That will take you to your Schedule page for that particular Event.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0JA1kmoyg30/VDkfskQWENI/AAAAAAAAQWY/NzYBA9I59s8/s1600/Screen%2BShot%2B2014-10-11%2Bat%2B8.05.39%2BAM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="216" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0JA1kmoyg30/VDkfskQWENI/AAAAAAAAQWY/NzYBA9I59s8/s1600/Screen%2BShot%2B2014-10-11%2Bat%2B8.05.39%2BAM.png" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on "Schedule" to get to the schedule page.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 3: </b>You can now click Manage Pool Play or Manage Brackets depending on the type of scheduling you would like to do. This will launch our Event Scheduling software.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3t1oSkTWtwk/VXI-nbmcRyI/AAAAAAAARn8/xNAv5PC9V_I/s1600/Screen%2BShot%2B2015-06-05%2Bat%2B8.26.43%2BPM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="388" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3t1oSkTWtwk/VXI-nbmcRyI/AAAAAAAARn8/xNAv5PC9V_I/s640/Screen%2BShot%2B2015-06-05%2Bat%2B8.26.43%2BPM.png" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 12.8000001907349px;">Clicking on Manage Pool Play takes you to our Pool Play scheduling software.</span></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<b>Step 4: </b>You now have to create a "Tournament Schedule" so that you can begin the scheduling process. A Tournament Schedule holds all of the teams in your event. You can create multiple Tournament Schedules that can be used for different Pools, but you only need to create one to begin scheduling. Click on the Create New Tournament Schedule button to create a new Tournament Schedule.<br />
<br />
<b>Step 5: </b>Now you will want to name your Tournament Schedule, add the time of each game, and select the teams that will be in your tournament. The teams that show up will be the teams that have registered online for your event or that you added to your event in LeagueTime. Once you have finished setting the options then click on the Create Schedule button.<br />

You must now create a league registration in order to add teams to your league. However, teams can still pay offline or online. View the short video below or follow the steps below:<br />

<br />
<br />
<b>Step 1: Login and go to your <a href="http://www.leaguetime.com/Dashboard/League">League Dashboard</a>.</b><br />
Once you have logged in you will want to click on the My Leagues link on the left hand side. That will take you to a list of all of your leagues. Click on the league name that you want to add a registration to. That will take you to your league dashboard page.<br />
<br />
<b>Step 2: Go to your Seasons page.</b><br />
Your seasons page is where you create a season, such as Fall 2014 or Summer 2015. A season is needed in order to add teams to your league. To get to your seasons page just click on League Manager, and then Seasons.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UsSaJdMim58/U-YtgQPkITI/AAAAAAAAP_s/L6MEgzP15Qo/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-08-09+at+10.15.51+AM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UsSaJdMim58/U-YtgQPkITI/AAAAAAAAP_s/L6MEgzP15Qo/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-08-09+at+10.15.51+AM.png" height="160" width="400" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on League Manager, then Seasons.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<b>Step 3: Add a new Season to your league.</b><br />
On the Season list page, click on the "Add" button under the league name and continue to add your season details. At a minimum, you have to add what season (spring, fall, summer, etc) that your league will be playing in and the year it starts. If you turn the online registration button on then you will need to add a registration start and end date. You can also add offline payment information and turn on online payments here as well. If you turn on online payments, then you must enter in a PayPal email address in order to receive payments.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Add a Season, Online Registration, and Online Payments.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<b>Step 3: Add Season Registrations.</b><br />
Once you have finished entering the relevant data on the Season Creation page then you can click on the "Save and Continue" button which will take you to your new Season Registration page. This is where you will be able to begin adding different registrations for your season. For example, if you want to create a registration for 10 year old teams and have it be $100 then you would create that here. If you have one price for all of your age levels then you can create one registration with that price. Just click on the "Add Registration" button to begin adding a registration to your season.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ME9moq3vSFA/U-YwmBgxe1I/AAAAAAAAQAA/rwbbFkRBJBw/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-08-09+at+10.30.03+AM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ME9moq3vSFA/U-YwmBgxe1I/AAAAAAAAQAA/rwbbFkRBJBw/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-08-09+at+10.30.03+AM.png" height="110" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click the "Add Registration" button to create a new registration for your season.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
On the new Add Registration page you can enter in all the details for teams to be able to register for your league. You will need to fill out all the details. The registration fee is how much it will cost to play in your league. On the right hand side you will see the Revenue, Expenses, and Net totals all automatically update as you add in the Registration Fee. LeagueTime takes a 2% fee for anyone who pays online. PayPal also takes a small fee for each transaction. You will see the Expenses update and the Net will be what you will receive after the LeagueTime and PayPal expenses are taken out. So, if you want to add a Convenience Fee to cover the processing fees then you can add that in as well and the Net Total will automatically update to reflect the amount of money you will receive. Once you hit the "Save" button your registration will be added to the current Season. You can continue to add more Registrations, for different age levels or different groups of play.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Fill out the neccessary details for you New Registration.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<b>Step 4: Checking the default Season.</b><br />
If you have multiple Seasons on your league, such as Fall 2014 and Spring 2015, then you will want to set which Season will be your "Default" Season. To do this click on League Manager, and then Seasons. You will want to click the radio button next to the Season that will be set as the default. The "Default" season is the one users will see when they visit your site. So, if you want users to see the "Fall Season" teams, standings, and registrations then you will want to set the Fall Season as the "Default" season.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<br />
<b>Step 5: See your registration in action.</b><br />

The other place that you can find directions is on the team's "Fields" page. Once again you can click on the name of the field to be taken to the corresponding field page.<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on the name of the field to be taken to the field page.</td></tr>

We have some new and sexy improvements to how tournaments are created and linked in our system. Now, anyone can create a tournament and add registration to that tournament as well as <a href="http://blog.leaguetime.com/2014/06/tournament-payments.html">add a payment option</a> so teams can pay you online.<br />
<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Link tournaments to your organization site.</td></tr>

<br />
<br />
<b>How to Link a Tournament to your site.</b><br />
Tournaments can now be linked to an Organization, League, Affiliation, or an Association website. So, <b><i>if you are the administrator of one of those sites</i></b> then you can go to your dashboard and click on the new Tournaments button in your menu. Once on this new page you can click on "Link a Tournament" or "Create a New Tournament" to add a tournament to your website. The "Link a Tournament" button allows you to choose from tournaments already in our system. If you want to create a new tournament then just click on that button and fill out the required information. Once you are finished then the new tournament will be linked to your site.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NAIylaa6lh8/UyIE3EhghgI/AAAAAAAAOJQ/7kff7r_QOyA/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-03-13+at+3.17.22+PM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="206" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NAIylaa6lh8/UyIE3EhghgI/AAAAAAAAOJQ/7kff7r_QOyA/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-03-13+at+3.17.22+PM.png" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on "Link a Tournament" to link a tournament to your Organization, League, Affiliation, or Association site.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<br />
The order on the Tournament listing page will allow you to set the look and the order of the tournaments. If you set a tournament to Order 1 then it will show up higher on the list and have the logo of the tournament displayed. This is a way that you can call out your tournament while still listing all of your friends tournaments so that they get more exposure as well.<br />
<br />
<b>How to Create a Tournament</b><br />
To create a tournament login to your dashboard and click on My Tournaments in the left hand menu. This will take you to your tournament listing page. If you already have a tournament that you are the tournament director of, then it will show up in this list. If you want to create a new tournament then just click on "Add" at the top of the page. This will take you through the necessary steps to create your free tournament website. You will want to create individual Events for your tournament so that you can have registration set up for those Events. So, if you have a 10U Event then you would set that up and add the Entry Fee along with all the other pertinent information. If you want registration turned on then click on the "Add Registration" button near the bottom.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-L4l2rk-5IO8/UyIGV1fc_eI/AAAAAAAAOJc/rR8V65GM7QU/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-03-13+at+3.25.52+PM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="358" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-L4l2rk-5IO8/UyIGV1fc_eI/AAAAAAAAOJc/rR8V65GM7QU/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-03-13+at+3.25.52+PM.png" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Create an Event so teams can register online. </td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
So, that is it. Now you can create your free tournament website and allow teams to register online all through LeagueTime. You can also use this same tournament website every year to promote your annual tournament and raise money for your organization, or league. Just duplicate your Events and change the year and you will be all set.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

Here are the steps to create a tryout on your Team site and the League site.<br />
<br />
<b>Step 1) </b><br />
Login and click on My Teams on the left hand navigation menu. Then click on the name of the team that you want to add a tryout to. When you click on the name of the team it will take you to your Team Dashboard where you can manage all of the content on your Team site.<br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br /><br />
<b>Step 2)</b> <br />
Once you are on your Team Dashboard you can click on Content Manager and then in the drop down menu select Tryouts.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-LeETzi8VwNk/UvJk3GZLI8I/AAAAAAAAN4I/X61y7Sw6UqI/s1600/Untitled-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-LeETzi8VwNk/UvJk3GZLI8I/AAAAAAAAN4I/X61y7Sw6UqI/s1600/Untitled-1.jpg" height="268" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on Tryouts under Content Manager</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<b>Step 3)</b><br />
Now that you are in the Tryouts area you can click on the big +Add button to begin creating your Tryout.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-N-aCCJnyMzQ/UvJmPWsXmnI/AAAAAAAAN4U/zSJaclSZICk/s1600/Untitled-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-N-aCCJnyMzQ/UvJmPWsXmnI/AAAAAAAAN4U/zSJaclSZICk/s1600/Untitled-1.jpg" height="574" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 4)</b><br />
Add in all the appropriate information and click on the Submit button. This will save the Tryout to your public Team site (located under the More menu). If your team is part of a league that is also using LeagueTime for its league website then your Tryout will automagically show up under the league's public website in the Tryouts area.<br />
<br />

We can help you by creating a custom theme for your organization, league, team, or tournament website. Here is one of the latest custom designs we just created for the <a href="http://www.leaguetime.com/Organization/Details/410">Cincinnati Sting organization</a>. The great thing about the custom designs for organizations is that the custom theme automagically gets applied to all of the team sites under your organization.<br />
<br />
If you want to find out more information about Custom Themes then go to your league, team, or organization dashboard and click on Settings>Change Theme. On the next page you will be able to choose a default theme and color theme for your website or click on the "Learn More" button under Custom Background to find out more information on Custom Themes.<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Schedule is located under the "Team Manager" item on the navigation menu.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<b>Step 3:</b> Click on <i>Schedule a Game </i>to add a game to your schedule or click on <i>Add Tournament to Team Schedule</i> to add a tournament to your team's schedule.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Dxfeh6EPZbY/UsrBkbbBgjI/AAAAAAAAACQ/JRAelYykFTQ/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-01-06+at+9.45.01+AM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Dxfeh6EPZbY/UsrBkbbBgjI/AAAAAAAAACQ/JRAelYykFTQ/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-01-06+at+9.45.01+AM.png" height="204" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<b>Step 4:</b> Adding in your game is now a two-step process. Fill in the details of what type of game you are playing, the date and time, and the location. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vPVhseLktVA/UsrCZQeo95I/AAAAAAAAACY/PNjbK2MCKKo/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-01-06+at+9.48.51+AM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vPVhseLktVA/UsrCZQeo95I/AAAAAAAAACY/PNjbK2MCKKo/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-01-06+at+9.48.51+AM.png" height="640" width="627" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Once you are done setting the date, time and location, then click Continue to pick your opponent.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-FSIoQbfwct4/UsrCwit1PUI/AAAAAAAAACg/rZPUg8e8vEw/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-01-06+at+9.50.24+AM.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-FSIoQbfwct4/UsrCwit1PUI/AAAAAAAAACg/rZPUg8e8vEw/s1600/Screen+Shot+2014-01-06+at+9.50.24+AM.png" height="364" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Click on the opponent and click save or invite a new team to schedule a game against.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
If you do not see any opponents in your list it is either because you are not set up in a League or you are not in a division with any other teams. Your League Administrator will have to place you in a division in order for your opponents to auto-populate this list. Otherwise, you can still schedule a game by clicking on the "Invite a New Team" button. This will allow you to add in the Team's name, coach's name and email address to invite them to the LeagueTime system. It will automatically add the game to your schedule and to the schedule of the team you invited.<br />
